Our philosophy is to see- but not be seen. The egregious clear-cut view mentality of many mountain homeowners is an insult to the landscape and all who look upon it.
We believe a vista is not just long-range scenery but that at close range as well. We often select interesting species that add color, texture and that accentuate the feel of the property. We favor low-maintenance tree species and strive for a mix of tall and short trees. "Tunnels" and "pocket views" work to highlight far-off sights and lead the eye to explore the vista. All this while maintaining healthy trees and property value!
